Application Procedure

To use the Liquid Eyeliner for the first time, twist off the pen and insert the pencil into the pencil, then lay the pen on a flat surface and wait for the liquid to flow into the tip of the pen.

For a natural look, use the elongated end of the pencil to draw a thin line from the inner corner of the eye outward along the base of the eyelash.

For a deep look, use the flattened end of the pencil to apply thicker lines along the base of the lashes, starting from the center of the eye.
