Q: What's kind of language the device support?
A: All of our tablets and laptops supports more than 100 kinds of language. You can choose and switch it by yourself.
Q: Can I have a charger of my country?
A: The default charger is EU plug. If you need US/UK/AU plug, please mark the type of plug in your order, then can we check it in time.
Q: Do you have specific keyboard?
A: We only have English keyboard. Currently we have Spanish/French/German/Russian/Hebrew/Arabic stickers. If you need leave a message in your order.
Q: Why I don't receive the whole package?
A: Your order may be sent separately due to the restriction of logistics. You can confirm with the customer service.
Q: How to declare?
A:Normally we mark as electronic product, please leave a message to us in the order if you have special demand.

Q: Why is the ROM less then 4G/16G/32G ?
A: 1). The hardware manufacturers use 1000B as 1G, but the software vendor use the 1024B as 1G, so the 4G ROM will less then 4GB.
2). The recover and cache will also occupy the ROM, so it will show less than 4GB, about 3GB..
Q Why the infrequence do not match your description(max frequency)?
Each processor has peak frequency.The frequency is changing all the time when tablet runing,It varies based on different configurations, different applications,different running backgrounds,etc.Even the air temperature can impact the real-time frequency.Like Intel Atom Z8350, It has 1.92GHz peak frequency,The frequency will be only 1.44GHz if you only run a small application.More informatino can be confirm from intel offical website.
Q: I plug in a Micro SD card(TF Card) into my device,but the tablet can not recognize it ?
A: We recommend you to back up the data and then format your storage card, please format the TF card with long format,do not select quick format,and make sure to format it with FAT. if the tablet still cannot recognize it then better upgrade the firmware,
Q: Why is my tablet stuck at the brand logo after booting?
A: This could be due to the damage of system files,you can upgrade the firmware to solve the problem,Firmware and upgrade instructions can be download from offical website
Q: The tablet battery capacity does not match the description
A: Battery capacity of the tablet is provided from factory ,the number of milliliters of batteries provided by the factory shall prevail ,the result tested by the unofficial software is not accurate.
Q: The parcel when i receive is Broken screen or the parcel i receive is Empty parcel ,what can i do?
A: Please do not worry ,first provide us the evidence of the broken screen tablet or empty parcel ,such as photo or video ,and contact your local post office immediately and reflect the problem to them,
and provide us a case number then we can complaints our shipping company and ask them give us compensate.
